Red Velvet Whoopie Pies- Just hearing the name makes you smile. If you have had Red Velvet from a store or a mix, but never from scratch, you are missing out. I'm going to let you in on a little secret; Red Velvet should have a little bit of a chocolate flavor to it, without being "chocolately." It also has a very unquie frosting that is sweet, and the perfect compliment to red velvet. Seperately they are both good, but together, "Ahhh!!!"
