Raspberry and Frosted Brownies

This week we have two new items for our weekly special.  First we have our traditional Frosted Brownie.  This chewy brownie is made with Dutch processed cocoa to give it a rich chocolate flavor and has mini chocolate chips spread throughout it for an added "pop" of chocolate.  Topped with a luxurious chocolate frosting, these brownies are sure to "knock your socks off!"
Our Raspberry Brownie starts with the same homemade brownie as our Frosted Brownie, but instead of frosting, it has a bright and slightly tart raspberry topping swirled into it.  If you love chocolate and you love raspberries, this is a treat you don't want to miss!
Both brownies come 5 to a box for $4.50.  Feel free to mix and match in a box, if you want to try both.

Strawberry and Coconut Lime Cookies

Two of our favorites are back this week.  The Strawberry Cookie is made with real strawberries and you can tell. No artificial colors or flavors in here and the strawberry frosting tastes so fresh and creamy you probably won't be able to stop at just one! 
Coconut Lime has fresh lime in both the cookie and the frosting and the coconut is everywhere, in the cookie, in the frosting, and toasted up on top. The lime and coconut are in perfect balance with each other. This is a cookie you'll raving about!

Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookies

The name is a mouthful so if you want to simplify things and just call them "Pure Heaven," that would be completely acceptable.  These thick chocolate chip cookies are one of the most luxurious cookies you'll ever eat.  Made with milk, semi sweet, and bittersweet chips, and toasted pecans, there are so many flavors going on, your taste buds will be excited through each and every bite,  They are then topped with caramel that has been rolled in Sel Gris.  This coarse Celtic Sea Salt is hand gathered in Brittany, France.  Sel Gris is one of the best tasting salts in the world and brings a beautiful intensity to the taste of the caramel and the chocolate.  Be sure and order a box of 5 for $4.  We have been told that they are the best cookies EVER and well, why would we argue with that.

Raspberry Rolls

I first had a raspberry roll on my birthday two years ago.  It was from my favorite bakery in Utah.  I was hooked immediately and spent the next year trying to figure out how to make them so that I could have them here in Arizona.  I've been making them for around a year now and I'm so glad the I can offer them to you.
The Raspberry rolls have a wonderful punch of tart raspberries, balanced with the perfect amount of our from scratch sweet rolls and smothered in a vanilla icing.  One try of these and you'll be dreaming about when you can have more!

Double Chocolate Mint Bread

We're back this week with a special that always leaves you wanting more...our Double Chocolate Mint Bread.  With just the right amount of richness, our Double Chocolate Mint Bread ($5) is made with Dutch processed cocoa, and a mixture of mint and vanilla extracts. Orange Rolls

A BIG thank you to everyone who filled out our survey.  I've got some great ideas for some new recipes to develop.

I will be taking a break for the month of July.  The last Tuesday I will be baking is June 25.  I'll start again on August 6th.

This week's special is Orange Rolls! Our Orange Rolls are made with our super soft sweet dough and have a dreamy orange filling. They are unlike any Orange Roll that you've had before. So heavenly with a rich and smooth cream cheese frosting, you just might hear angels singing as you eat them.

Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Is it bragging to say that our Banana Chocolate Chip Bread  is the best you've ever had?
