I first had a raspberry roll on my birthday two years ago. It was from my favorite bakery in Utah. I was hooked immediately and spent the next year trying to figure out how to make them so that I could have them here in Arizona. I've been making them for around a year now and I'm so glad the I can offer them to you.
The Raspberry rolls have a wonderful punch of tart raspberries, balanced with the perfect amount of our from scratch sweet rolls and smothered in a vanilla icing. One try of these and you'll be dreaming about when you can have more!
