The Caramel Iced Brown Sugar Cookies start with a puffy, soft brown sugar cookie with pecans. The pecans provide the perfect combination of soft and crunch in every bite. The top of the cookie is then dipped in caramel icing and then dipped in crushed pecans. Mild cookie+caramel icing+chopped pecans= PERFECT COMBINATION!
